Continuando o tema: alugando um apê na Finlândia. Hoje vamos falar de vocabulário, pra te ajudar na hora de fazer as pesquisas.
Tirei print de uma das páginas mais conhecidas para pesquisa de moradias para aluguel e vou deixar aqui a tradução de cada uma das expressões.
Começando pela tela inicial, quando aberta em um smartphone, para uma pesquisa rápida.
Agora se quiser uma busca mais refinada, basta clicar em “LISÄÄ HAKUEHTOJA” e preencher outras especificidades da sua busca. Vamos conferir as próximas telas?
Em “SIJAINTI” você preenche a localização do imóvel que está buscando.
“VUOKRA JA VAPAUTUMINEN” significa aluguel e disponibilidade, em português; aí você pode preencher o valor de aluguel que está procurando e quando este estará disponível: “HETI VAPAA” – disponível imediatamente, “SOPIMUKSEN MUKAAN” – combinado ou a partir de uma determinada data.
Em “HUONEIDEN LUKUMÄÄRÄ” você vai escolher quantos cômodos (além de cozinha e banheiro) está procurando: sendo “YKSIÖ” para quarto-sala, “KAKSIO” para quarto, sala e cozinha e 3, 4 ou +5 cômodos “HUONETTA”).
Em “PINTA-ALA” você marca o mínimo e máximo de metros quadrados para o imóvel.
Em “TALOTYYPI” seleciona o tipo de imóvel que está buscando, comentamos sobre os mais comuns no post anterior, mas temos aqui também as opções de “ERILLISTALO” – que não é fácil de explicar, porque é uma casa, assim como “omakotitalo”, porém em “erillistalo” o proprietário não é 100% dono da casa, mas divide com outras casas num mesmo terreno as responsabilidades administrativas, gestão e tributos; e também temos a opção “PUUTALO-OSAKE” – em resumo seria uma casa de madeira antiga que foi ampliada.
Nesta tela também tem a opção de escolher se está na busca de um “ASUMISOIKEUSASUNNOT”, que é um tipo de negócio onde você paga um valor de entrada para obter o “asumisoikeus”, ou o direito de moradia, no imóvel; não significa que você está comprando o imóvel, mas você terá direitos tais quais um proprietário, e quando rescindir o contrato, receberá de volta o valor com alguma correção. “KAIKKI KOHTEET” significa todos os itens, ou seja aluguéis e direitos de moradia. “VAIN ASUMISOIKEUSASUNNOT” para apenas as opções com direito de moradia. E “EI ASUMISOIKEUSASUNTOJA” se a intenção é buscar apenas imóveis para aluguel, sem incluir os de direito de moradia.
“VAPAARAHOITTEINEN” – não subsidiadas pelo Estado, sem condições ou limites de renda para um requerente; “ARAVA/KORKOTUKI” – significa que aquele imóvel foi financiado por um empréstimo do governo e os residentes são selecionados por motivos sociais; “SOLUASUNTO” – são imóveis em que se aluga um quarto privado, mas com cozinha, sala e banheiro compartilhados; “ALIVUOKRALAINEN” – é uma sublocação, ou seja, alguém que aluga um imóvel e subloca um quarto deste imóvel, por exemplo; “SENIORITALO” – como o próprio nome diz, os imóveis são para pessoas idosas ou mais velhas; “PALVELUTALO” – neste caso, o imóvel também é para um idoso, mas inclui serviços de limpeza, enfermagem, etc.; “TYÖSUHDEASUNTO” – é um imóvel vinculado a um trabalho, no qual o empregador aluga para seu empregado; “OPISKELIJA-ASUNTO” – imóvel de aluguel para estudante.
“ASUNOSSA” refere a dentro do imóvel. Você pode optar por imóvel com “PARVEKE” – sacada; “OMA SAUNA” – sauna própria; “KALUSTETTU” – mobiliado; ou “EI KALUSTETTU” – sem mobília.
Pode escolher também o tipo de “KEITTIÖ” (cozinha) que está procurando, se é em um ambiente separado, você marca em “KEITTIÖ”, se é uma cozinha integrada, você marca em “TUPAKEITTIÖ”, “KEITTOKOMERO” é uma micro cozinha com menos de 7m2 e “KEITTOSYVENYS”que é um pequeno espaço para preparar comida inserido numa parede de uma sala.
“ASUNTO KUNTO” se refere ao estado do imóvel, se “HYVÄ” bom, “TYYDYTTÄVÄ satisfatório ou “VÄLTTÄVÄ” aceitável.
Na opção “TALOYHTIÖSSÄ” você escolhe recursos oferecidos pelo prédio, como a “TALOYHTIÖSSÄ SAUNA”, que é uma sauna compartilhada e com horário agendado oferecida no prédio ou se o prédio tem “HISSI” – elevador.
Em “RAKENNUSVUOSI” você marca o ano de construção do imóvel que procura.
Em “SALITTU” você tem a opção de marcar se é permitido “LEMMIKIT”- animais de estimação ou “TUPAKOINTI” – fumar.
E, por último, se é “SOLVETUU” – apropriado para “LIIKUNTARAJOITTEISELLE” – pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
Marcando “NÄYTTA VAIN” – mostrar somente “KUVALLISET ILMOITUKSET” – anúncios com fotos, “ESITTELY 7 VRK:N SISÄLLÄ” – apresentação em 7 dias, “YKSITYISET VUOKRA-ASUNNOT” – imóveis privados, “VÄLITTÄJIEN VUOKRA-ASUNNOT” – imóveis de corretor ou imobiliária e “UUDISKOHTEET” – imóveis novos.
Em “ILMOITETTU” você pode marcar se o anúncio foi feito há “1 VUOROKAUDEN”- um dia, “2 VUOROKAUDEN” – dois dias, “4 VUOROKAUDEN” – quatro dias, “VIIKON” – uma semana, “KUUKAUDEN” – um mês ou deixar marcado “EI VALINTA” se tanto faz pra você quando o anúncio foi feito.
E, para terminar, você pode “JÄRJESTÄ TULOKSET” – organizar os resultados da pesquisa pelos “UUSIMMAT ILMOITUKSET” – mais novos primeiro, “ASUNTOTYYPIN” – tipos de imóvel, “RAKENNUSVUODEN” – ano de construção, “SIJAINNIN” – localização, “ESITTEYAJAN” – os que tem a data de apresentação mais próxima, “ASUINPINTA-ALAN” – área de construção, “VUOKRAN”- valor do aluguel ou “UUSIMMAT JA NOSTETUT ENSIN” – anúncios mais recentes e rebocados primeiro.
Depois é só ver quantos imóveis foram encontrados e clicar em “HAE” para busca.

Starting from the home screen, when opened on a smartphone, for quick search.
Now if you want a more refined search, just click on “LISÄÄ HAKUEHTOJA” and fill in other specifics of your search. Shall we check the next screens?
In “SIJAINTI” you fill in the location of the property you are looking for.
“VUOKRA JA VAPAUTUMINEN” means rent and availability, in Portuguese; then you can fill in the rental amount you are looking for and when it will be available: “HETI VAPAA” – available immediately, “SOPIMUKSEN MUKAAN” – combined or there is a way to search from a certain date.
In “HUONEIDEN LUKUMÄÄRÄ” you will choose how many rooms (in addition to kitchen and bathroom) you are looking for: “YKSIÖ” for bedroom-living (studio) room, “KAKSIO” for bedroom, living room and kitchen and 3, 4 or +5 rooms “HUONETTA”) .
In “PINTA-ALA” you set the minimum and maximum square meters for the property.
In “TALOTYYPI” you select the type of property you are looking for, we commented on the most common ones in the previous post, but here we also have the options for “ERILLISTALO” – which is not easy to explain, because it is a house, just like “omakotitalo” , however in “erillistalo” the owner is not 100% owner of the house, but shares administrative, management and tax responsibilities with other houses on the same land; and we also have the option “PUUTALO-OSAKE” – in short it would be an old wooden house that has been enlarged.
On this screen, you also have the option to choose whether you are looking for an “ASUMISOIKEUSASUNNOT”, which is a type of business where you pay an entry fee to obtain the “asumisoikeus”, or the right to live in the property; it does not mean that you are buying the property, but you will have rights as an owner, and when you terminate the contract, you will receive the amount back with some correction. “KAIKKI KOHTEET” means all items, ie rents and housing rights. “VAIN ASUMISOIKEUSASUNNOT” for housing options only. And “EI ASUMISOIKEUSASUNTOJA” if the intention is to seek only rental properties, not including housing rights.
“VAPAARAHOITTEINEN” – not subsidized by the State, without conditions or income limits for an applicant; “ARAVA/KORKOTUKI” – means that property was financed by a government loan and residents are selected for social reasons; “SOLUASUNTO” – are properties in which a private room is rented, but with a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom; “ALIVUOKRALAINEN” – is a sublease, that is, someone who rents a property and subleases a room of this property, for example; “SENIORITALO” – as the name implies, the properties are for seniors – elderly or older people; “PALVUTALO” – in this case, the property is also for an elderly person, but includes cleaning, nursing, etc.; “TYÖSUHDEASUNTO” – is a property linked to a job, in which the employer rents to its employee; “OPISKELIJA-ASUNTO” – rental property for students.
“ASUNOSSA” refers to inside the property. You can choose a property with “PARVEKE” – balcony; “OMA SAUNA” – own sauna; “KALUSTETTU” – furnished; or “EI KALUSTETTU” – unfurnished.
You can also choose the type of “KEITTIÖ” (kitchen) you are looking for, if it is in a separate room, you choose “KEITTIÖ”, if it is an integrated kitchen, you choose “TUPAKEITTIÖ”, “KEITTOKOMERO” is a micro kitchen with less than 7m2 and “KEITTOSYVENYS” which is a small space to prepare food inserted in a wall of a room.
“ASUNTO KUNTO” refers to the condition of the property, if “HYVÄ” good, “TYYDYTTÄVÄ satisfactory or “VÄLTTÄVÄ” acceptable.
In the “TALOYHTIÖSSÄ” option you choose features offered by the building, such as the “TALOYHTIÖSSÄ SAUNA”, which is a shared sauna with a scheduled time offered in the building or if the building has “HISSI” – lift or elevator.
In “RAKENNUSVUOSI” you set the year of construction of the property you are looking for.
In “SALITTU” you have the option to mark whether “LEMMIKIT” – pets or “TUPAKOINTI” – smoking is allowed.
And finally, if it is “SOLVETUU” – suitable for “LIIKUNTARAJOITTEISELLE” – people with reduced mobility.
“NÄYTTA VAIN” – show only “KUVALLISET ILMOITUKSET” – ads with photos, “ESITTELY 7 VRK:N SISÄLLÄ” – presentation in 7 days, “YKSITYISET VUOKRA-ASUNNOT” – private properties, “VÄLITTÄJIEN VUOKRA-ASUNNOT” – from real estate agent and “UUDISKOHTEET” – new properties.
In “ILMOITETTU” you can check whether the announcement was made “1 VUOROKAUDEN” – one day, “2 VUOROKAUDEN” – two days, “4 VUOROKAUDEN” – four days, “VIIKON” – one week, “KUUKAUDEN” – one month or leave marked “EI VALINTA” if it doesn’t matter to you when the announcement was made.
And finally, you can “JÄRJESTÄ TULOKSET” – sort search results by “UUSIMMAT ILMOITUKSET” – newest first, “ASUNTOTYYPIN” – property types, “RAKENNUSVUODEN” – construction year, “SIJAINNIN” – location, “ ESITTEYAJAN” – the ones with the closest presentation date, “ASUINPINTA-ALAN” – construction area, “VUOKRAN” – rent value or “UUSIMMAT JA NOSTETUT ENSIN” – most recent ads and plastered first.
Then just see how many properties were found and click on “HAE” to search.
